The amount spent advertising on the internet/smartphones grew at the fastest rate for 7 years (16.4%), driven by the increasing number of internet-devices the average household now owns (up 12% to 8.3 devices). Mobile accounted for the vast majority (78%) of growth, increasing 60%, while programmatic now accounts for 60% of display sales.
